I started my CEO coaching company in 2014 — and published my first book, The Growth Cube, in 2017 — but my path to that point wasn’t a “storybook” career.
Rather, like you, I have stumbled and I have made mistakes.
I have focused on being humble and learning at every stage of my journey, from the first time I managed people… to running a global services organization for a Fortune 500 company… to being the CEO of two family owned software companies for over ten years… and as a founder of several startup companies of my own.
Early on I realized the blessings of not just my successes, but of the challenging times too. Looking back, I applied principles that helped me grow into my potential, inspire others and make a lasting impact on the people and businesses I’ve been privileged to work with.
After publishing The Growth Cube book, I continued developing those ideas into a more hands-on learning experience called The Growth Cube Academy – an online resource that I actively update with new insights, tools, and lessons drawn from my ongoing work with CEOs.

Have adapted my big company learnings into a smaller businesses environment as CEO several times – and now as a business coach.
I have started up 5 companies in the past 10 years, including Med-Compliance IQ – a healthcare software company. We have raised over $1.2M from investors and grants and got to customers and revenue. We have 2 patented products. Strong alliance with OSU Medical Center, Ohio Health, and Rev1 Ventures. Prior to that, successfully led the sale of a $20M company to private equity exit.
