The creation of my CEO coaching company in 2014 - and the release of my first book in 2017 - was not the result of me leading a ‘storybook’ career. Rather, like you, I have stumbled and I have made mistakes.
I have focused on being humble and learning at every stage of my journey, from the first time I managed people… to running a global services organization for a Fortune 500 company… to being the CEO of two family owned software companies for over ten years… and most recently as CEO of my ownstartup company. Early on I realized the blessings of not just my successes, but of the challenging times too. Looking back, I applied principles that helped me achieve my potential, inspire others and make a lasting impact on the lives of many people.

Strong alliance with OSU Medical Center., Ohio Health, and Rev1 Ventures. Prior to that, Gary successfully led the sale of a $20M company to private equity exit.
